Sometimes life is guiding you home — by letting everything that isn’t true, and not meant for you, fall apart.

The Time of the Ego Is Over

Since my third burnout in 2019, it has become increasingly clear to me —
both in my inner world and when I look out at what’s happening around us.

The time of following the ego’s path is over. Everything that still runs in that old groove is slowly falling apart.

Look around — nothing that’s built on a foundation against what is natural truly works anymore. Everything based on forcing and controlling life from the mind is no longer sustainable.

A Collective Shift

How many of us know someone who has hit burnout over the past 10–15 years — once or several times?
Or someone who’s gone through a life crisis — a time when everything turns dark, but where, suddenly, clarity begins to appear, and they start to feel what truly matters — beginning life 2.0, in a more genuine and authentic version of themselves.

We are all — whether we like it or not — being collectively guided home to ourselves. Home to who we truly are here to be. Home to our hearts, so we can live life from the inside out.

When Life Supports Us

Making that shift isn’t easy — but there’s no way around it.
When we begin to live from that place, life itself starts to support us.
I’ve experienced that in the most magical ways over the past years.

Suddenly, miracles happen.
Like money showing up just when you need it the most — or seeing signs that give you the exact support and reassurance you need to find the courage to keep going a little longer. The right people enter your life, and others quietly leave.
Everything unfolds just as it’s meant to.

Following My Intuition

After my third burnout I made the decision to follow my guidance — my intuition and the wisdom that comes to me from a higher place. I simply can’t do otherwise.

In many ways, it’s a relief — but it’s also challenging, because it’s not how we were taught to relate to life. Out in society, things still run on the old, non-holistic way.

Life’s Tests and New Levels

When we choose to walk this path, it’s as if life keeps testing us again and again —
to make sure we clear out the old patterns and habits that keep us stuck in the past.

So we can see them, release them, and truly live from the heart — in trust and love.

I’ve experienced that myself this past week — themes around self-worth that I thought I had mastered suddenly resurfaced in unexpected ways.

Before you even understand what’s going on, it can feel so frustrating —
but then, all at once, you see it clearly from the outside, understand the deeper meaning — and poof, it lifts again.

That’s exactly what happens when you commit to your inner work.
It’s hard, it’s messy, but it’s so worth it — a bit like a video game, where you fight your way past a challenge and suddenly unlock the next level.

Closing Reflections

When we dare to walk the path home to ourselves, a quiet transformation begins.
Life starts to support us, and what once felt difficult begins to make sense.

Maybe you’re in the middle of such a shift right now?
If you feel the calling — remember, you’re not alone.
And life will always do it’s best to guide you all the way home.

With love,
Caroline
